WE MEET EACH CLIENT TO REVIEW THE WORK THEY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE BID
GARRETT CUSTOM HOMES CONDUCTS A SCHEDULED TRADE WALK AT EACH JOB TO REVIEW PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ALLOW OUR TRADE PARTNERS TO INSPECT THEIR PORTION OF THE WORK IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ACCURATE BIDS BASED ON THE INFORMATION THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN AT THIS POINT.
WE REVIEW AND COMPILE ALL BIDS AND ITEMS THAT WILL BE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF EACH PROJECT IN A DETAILED ESTIMATE.
AN IN-PERSON MEETING IS SET TO REVIEW THE ESTIMATE AND CORRESPONDING TRADE PARTNER BACK UP. WE FORMAT OUR BIDS IN A WAY THAT MAKES IT EASY FOR OUR CLIENTS TO REQUEST CHANGES TO THE BID IN THIS MEETING AND ALLOW US TO REVISE THEIR ESTIMATE QUICKLY TO GET TO A SCOPE AND BUDGET THAT WORKS FOR THEM.
ONCE THE SCOPE OF THE JOB HAS BEEN DECIDED UPON, WE GO TO CONTRACT WITH OUR CLIENTS. UPON RECEIPT OF AN EXECUTED CONTRACT, WE WILL SUBMIT FOR ALL APPROPRIATE PERMITS AND SET OUR CLIENTS ESTIMATES UP ON-LINE. ALL CLIENTS HAVE THEIR OWN PERSONAL PROJECT FILE THAT THEY CAN ACCESS 24/7 FROM OUR WEB SITE AND HAVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED. THIS ALLOWS OUR CLIENTS TO COMMUNICATE WITH US, VIEW IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS SUCH AS CONTRACT, PERMITS, SURVEYS, BLUEPRINTS, AS WELL AS MANAGE THEIR BUDGET AND REQUEST CHANGE ORDERS.
PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION, BEFORE PICTURES WILL BE TAKEN AND APPROPRIATE PROTECTION PUT UP.
DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS, THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY IS IN EACH HOME DAILY. HE DOES ALL OF THE SCHEDULING TO ENSURE THAT THINGS MOVE ALONG AT THE PROPER PACE AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS MEETING HIS EXPECTATIONS.
ALL REQUIRED INSPECTIONS BY EACH MUNICIPALITY ARE SCHEDULED AND PASSED BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT PHASE. OUR CLIENTS MEET WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY EACH WEEK TO REVIEW SCHEDULE, QUESTIONS, CHANGE ORDERS, ETC.
UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB, AFTER PHOTOS ARE TAKEN, A WALK THROUGH IS DONE WITH EACH CLIENT AND THEIR PUNCH LIST IS COMPLETED, WE RECEIVE APPROVAL FROM THE CITY ON THE FINAL INSPECTION AND THEN OUR CLIENTS MOVE IN.
